Terms and Conditions – Online Bet Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Online Bet (referred to throughout as "Online Bet", "we", "us" or "the platform") and any person who accesses or uses the services available at onlinebet.site ("you" or "the player"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Online Bet the moment you register an account or place any wager or bet on the platform.

Online Bet operates as a digital entertainment and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By using Online Bet, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily, for entertainment purposes, and in full acceptance of the financial risk that real-money gaming involves.

These Terms are written in English as the governing language. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience does not override the English version in the event of a discrepancy.

To use Online Bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Online Bet strictly prohibits access by minors and operates active age verification procedures.
• You must be a real, natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated accounts and proxies are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of Online Bet or any of its associated technology or content partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned or self-excluded from Online Bet or any other gaming platform for integrity-related reasons.

Online Bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity or address at any time. Until satisfactory verification is provided, the platform may suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay or withhold bonus funds. Documents typically accepted include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence.

Players found to have misrepresented their age or identity at registration will have their accounts suspended immediately. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility are void and will not be paid out.

Each player at Online Bet is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. Duplicate accounts – whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, device or household address – are not permitted. If Online Bet identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts beyond the first may be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a date of birth. This information must be accurate. Online Bet uses your registration details to process payments, verify identity and communicate important account information. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Online Bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available free of charge to all registered players. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out on your account using your login credentials is your responsibility, provided that Online Bet is not found to have been negligent in its security practices.

Online Bet reserves the right to close inactive accounts – those with no login, deposit or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months – after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email or phone number. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be returned to the player via their last used withdrawal method before closure.

All financial transactions at Online Bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion and no international transaction fees charged by the platform. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet, instant deposit and withdrawal
• JazzCash – mobile wallet, instant deposit and withdrawal
• NayaPay – digital wallet, same-day processing
• SadaPay – digital wallet, same-day processing
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) – domestic bank to bank, processed within 24 hours
• Visa / Mastercard – debit or credit card issued by a Pakistani bank

The minimum deposit at Online Bet is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 100. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for funds derived from genuine gameplay, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced identity verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallets and within 24 hours for bank transfers.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Online Bet does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to other individuals. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and is applied uniformly to all accounts.

Online Bet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond our control. Please check with your provider before initiating a transfer.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 10× to 30× the bonus amount, as stated in each promotion.
• Time Limit: Bonus funds must be used within the time period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds that expire are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g. slots only, sports betting only). Any wagers placed in excluded categories may not count toward the wagering requirement.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds: While bonus funds are active, the maximum single bet is Rs 500 unless stated otherwise. Placing bets above this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.

Online Bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses are not available to players who are under self-exclusion or who have reached their voluntary deposit limits. Abuse of bonuses – including collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds – will result in the bonus being voided and may trigger a full account review.

All bets and wagers placed at Online Bet are binding once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the platform issues a bet confirmation reference number following your submission. Online Bet does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets based on a player's change of mind after confirmation.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. These are displayed within each game interface before you place a wager. Online Bet reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, particularly around major events, to manage risk exposure.

Void bets: A bet will be voided (and the stake returned) if the event is cancelled before the minimum required play for a result has occurred, or if a clear and demonstrable technical error has materially affected the odds or game outcome. Online Bet defines the applicable criteria for voiding in each game category's specific rules, accessible from the relevant game lobby.

Manifest errors: If Online Bet publishes odds or game parameters that are materially incorrect due to a technical error, the platform reserves the right to void affected bets or correct the payout. This applies where the published odds deviated significantly from the true market price and a reasonable player would have recognised the error. Online Bet will not apply this rule to minor price discrepancies.

In-play and live betting: Bets accepted during live events are subject to the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed, the settled odds cannot be changed even if the live odds moved immediately after confirmation. However, if a confirmed in-play bet was accepted after the relevant event concluded (due to a technical delay), the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at Online Bet and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person to circumvent a suspension or self-exclusion
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage
• Using any automated system, bot, script or software to place bets, exploit technical vulnerabilities or manipulate game outcomes
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus offers, jackpot structures or betting markets
• Exploiting manifest errors in odds or game settings in bad faith once a clear pricing error is evident
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds on behalf of third parties
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes for bets that were placed legitimately and settled correctly
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Online Bet staff or other players via any communication channel
• Accessing the platform using tools designed to mask your identity, location or device fingerprint for the purpose of evading account restrictions

Online Bet maintains risk and fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending an investigation. We will always inform the player that a review is underway and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.

Online Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms. In cases where fraud, identity misrepresentation or money laundering is suspected, suspension may be applied immediately and without prior notice.

In all other cases – for example, where a breach of the general conduct rules is suspected – Online Bet will provide the player with written notice via their registered contact details and an opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken.

Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach, any balance associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited. Balances representing genuine deposits and winnings from legitimate gameplay that pre-date the breach will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the investigation concludes, unless they are subject to a legal hold.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting Online Bet support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's last used withdrawal method within the standard processing time.

Online Bet is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered player, free of charge, directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Online Bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be published without advance notice.

The date of the most recent update is always shown at the top of this page. If you continue to use Online Bet after updated Terms have taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
